Off Grid Installation Rates
Initial Consultation
$300
During this visit we will discuss your goals and go over options based upon known facts. This rate includes up to 50 miles around Bonners Ferry. We charge $0.67 for each additional mile.
Planning and Engineering
$250/hr
The initial draft will include a site diagram with recommendations for equipment and placement of all agreed hardware necessary for the job site
Final draft of plan
$250
The final draft of your off-grid plan that includes but is not limited to input from all required experts to include electricians, plumbers, excavators, landscapers, carpenters.
Forest management plan
$500
The final draft of your off-grid plan that includes but is not limited to input from all required experts to include electricians, plumbers, excavators, landscapers, carpenters.
Long term storage
$50/Week
If you cannot immediately receive your hardware please let us know. Storage in the warehouse is limited. For this reason, to allow us to adequately support all of our clients we have a storage fee.
Mileage rate
0.67 / mile
Our mileage rate is based on the Federal Mileage Rate for the year in which you receive service.
Cancellation rate
$250
Your time and ours are valuable. Please communicate with us regarding scheduling conflicts. Starting in 2022 we are implementing a cancellation fee.
Labor
$140/hr
Cost per hour for a representative to perform any labor related to your job. This includes general labor, solar labor, and labor related to non-contractual bids to complete your project.
Emergency Service
$220/hr plus mileage
This is our rate for unscheduled service in response to request for repair, technical inspection, removal, or installation outside of scheduled calendar events. It also includes any emergency work during official holiday periods and weekends.
