Rick has lived in some of the harshest environments on the planet for nearly 50 years.  He has designed and implemented off grid structures throughout his life as a military leader,  survival training expert, construction worker, and wildland firefighter.  He brings this knowledge to bear when evaluating and assessing your property and developing a plan.  

Ray is a mechanical genius.  He might be the last man standing if catastrophe ever hits.  His skills as a mechanic, logger, builder, welder, etc. etc. are longer than he will tell you if you meet him in person.  He never stops working and finding ways around problems.

Tess is easily smarter than the rest of us but humble enough to deny it.  We would be lost on any given day without Tess managing the chaos.  We pray she never realizes she is smart enough to go elsewhere and leave us.

Patrick likely sees dollar signs and decimal points in his sleep.  We all hope he keeps us from jumbling the paperwork or spending one two many cents on the wrong version of some very complicated scientific device (in other words really cool hardware).
