Shipping Information
Due to fluctuating fuel costs and shipping carrier rates, shipping costs and options may vary. If you are reviewing this policy as part of your purchase, please note the following details about our shipping practices:

Inspection Upon Delivery: All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery. Report any damage or missing items to Off Grid Unlimited within 5 business days. Failure to report damages within this timeframe may result in a denial of replacement or reimbursement.
Inspection Instructions:
Residential Deliveries: If delivery cannot be arranged, the items will be returned to our warehouse, and the order will be treated as a refused return. A refund will be issued minus original and return shipping costs, and any applicable restocking fees.
Commercial Deliveries: Freight companies may not schedule appointments unless a “Delivery Appointment” service is requested and paid for. Contact us to add this service if needed.
Appointment Service: For appointments scheduled and paid for in advance, if delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned, and costs will be deducted from the refund.
